Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Relationship Representative - Team Lead (Part-Time).

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Customer Service Client Manager and manage the team of customer service representatives
  • Monitor team performance and assist with escalations and problem resolution
  • Provide training and support for new hires and maintain knowledge of LSAC services and policies
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  • Minimum 1 year of LSAC CRR experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Basic understanding of laws and regulations regarding the EEOC and ADA
