Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Relationship Representative - Team Lead (Part-Time).
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Customer Service Client Manager and manage the team of customer service representatives
- Monitor team performance and assist with escalations and problem resolution
- Provide training and support for new hires and maintain knowledge of LSAC services and policies
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Minimum 1 year of LSAC CRR experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic understanding of laws and regulations regarding the EEOC and ADA
