Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Reliability Engineer III to manage and resolve customer issues while collaborating with engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve technical issues for customers related to GitHub products through support tickets and real-time interactions
  • Act as a liaison between customers, Engineering, and Account teams to enhance customer experience and resolve product issues
  • Lead incident responses and conduct postmortems for outages affecting assigned customers
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in technical customer support, system administration, or related roles
  • 5+ years of experience in customer advocacy and technical implementation/systems management
  • 3+ years of experience in Linux system administration and familiarity with tools like Docker and openssl
  • 5+ years of experience with production-level virtualization platforms or cloud providers (e.g., VMware, AWS, Azure)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
