Job Summary
Focusing on the reliability of cloud infrastructure, the full-time Customer Reliability Engineer will operate, monitor, and maintain the managed Airflow service while engaging directly with customers to resolve issues and enhance their experience in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Provide solutions and troubleshoot customer environments to ensure successful product usage
- Participate in on-call rotation and build out monitoring and alerting systems
- Collaborate with product development teams to relay customer feedback and improve the overall customer experience
Required qualifications
- 5 years of experience with large, complex cloud infrastructures operating at scale
- 3 years of experience with Kubernetes
- Experience managing a production distributed system with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Strong Linux experience and knowledge of operating and monitoring distributed systems
- Previous experience in handling customer issues, both internal and external
