Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Renewals Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to educate customers about the product
  • Negotiate renewal terms and assess customer health for ongoing partnerships
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to drive growth at the time of renewal
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in managing renewals for various company sizes
  • 5+ years of customer management or sales experience in a SaaS environment
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Strong commercial and technical aptitude for negotiations
  • Experience navigating contracts and discussions with various stakeholders
