Job Summary

- Manage the full renewal lifecycle for a portfolio of customers
- Maximize Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and identify upsell opportunities
- Maintain accurate renewal forecasts and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
- Experience in renewals, Customer Success, or revenue-focused roles
- Proven ability to drive retention and predictable renewals
- Experience with Salesforce and customer success platforms
- Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus
- Strong analytical and process-oriented thinking
