Job Summary

  • Maximize Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and identify upsell opportunities

Required Qualifications
  • Experience in renewals, Customer Success, or revenue-focused roles
  • Proven ability to drive retention and predictable renewals
  • Experience with Salesforce and customer success platforms
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus
  • Strong analytical and process-oriented thinking
