Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of Scale customers to ensure on-time renewals and retention
  • Drive renewals through automated outreach and optimize engagement strategies
  • Identify and mitigate churn risks while exploring expansion opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in renewals, customer success, account management, or sales in SaaS
  • Experience managing high-volume accounts
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar tools
