Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of Scale customers to ensure on-time renewals and retention
- Drive renewals through automated outreach and optimize engagement strategies
- Identify and mitigate churn risks while exploring expansion opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in renewals, customer success, account management, or sales in SaaS
- Experience managing high-volume accounts
- Strong negotiation skills
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar tools
