Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer & Market Research Analyst to lead and enhance research efforts focused on customer and market insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage customer satisfaction measurement methodologies, including NPS and CSAT
- Develop and implement a comprehensive customer and market research program to analyze customer feedback
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate customer insights into business strategies and product roadmaps
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in customer experience or Voice of Customer programs, preferably in the cybersecurity or technology industry
- Proven experience with customer feedback platforms and analytics tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
