Job Summary
Leading the development of consumer insights, the full-time remote Customer Researcher will define research standards and strategies, conduct quantitative and qualitative research, and partner with cross-functional teams to inform business decisions.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and scale OnePay's consumer insights function, establishing research standards and governance
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to uncover consumer attitudes and behaviors, influencing marketing and product strategies
- Establish insights infrastructure and measure the impact of campaigns and product launches through performance analysis
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in consumer insights or quantitative research within fintech or related industries
- Proven experience in starting or scaling research programs with limited infrastructure
- Mastery of advanced quantitative methodologies and qualitative methods
- Fluency with research and analytics tools, advocating for improvements
- Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making
