Job Summary
Providing analytical support to ensure item health and availability, the full-time Customer Resiliency Analyst will monitor product availability, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to process improvements in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively track item health and identify risks affecting customer service at the Distribution Center
- Organize and facilitate collaborations with customer-facing and inventory planning teams to adjust forecasts and place purchase orders
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and facilitate process enhancements with internal partners
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- 3 or more years of relevant experience in customer service, contracts, or inventory management
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Access
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
