Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Address incoming cancellation requests using persuasion techniques to retain customers
  • Resolve customer complaints to enhance satisfaction and prevent cancellations
  • Promote additional services to maintain and enhance customer loyalty
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of sales and/or retention experience
  • Proficiency in company-specific software for CRM and scheduling
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
