Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Advocacy Representative - Retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Address incoming cancellation requests using persuasion techniques to retain customers
- Resolve customer complaints to enhance satisfaction and prevent cancellations
- Promote additional services to maintain and enhance customer loyalty
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of sales and/or retention experience
- Proficiency in company-specific software for CRM and scheduling
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
