Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls regarding policy cancellations and explore retention options
  • Proactively contact customers with lapsed policies to discuss recovery opportunities
  • Assess policyholder situations and recommend coverage adjustments
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
