Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls regarding policy cancellations and explore retention options
- Proactively contact customers with lapsed policies to discuss recovery opportunities
- Assess policyholder situations and recommend coverage adjustments
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
- Experience in customer service or retention roles preferred
- Knowledge of life insurance products and policies
- Ability to meet performance metrics and KPIs
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including AM and PM shifts
