Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Customer Retention Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding coverage, premiums, and policy information
  • Make outbound calls to policyholders to collect delinquent payments and promote policy retention
  • Record policyholder information for reporting and transactional purposes
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Minimum typing speed of 30 wpm
  • Experience in a call center environment preferred
  • Some experience in insurance and/or sales preferred
