Job Summary
A company is looking for a Part-Time Customer Retention Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries regarding coverage, premiums, and policy information
- Make outbound calls to policyholders to collect delinquent payments and promote policy retention
- Record policyholder information for reporting and transactional purposes
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Minimum typing speed of 30 wpm
- Experience in a call center environment preferred
- Some experience in insurance and/or sales preferred
