Customer Retention Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Retention Representative - PT AM to join their remote team.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer questions regarding coverage, premium, and policy information
• Make outbound calls to policyholders to collect delinquent premium payments and resell policy benefits
• Record policyholder information for reporting and transactional purposes

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• A minimum typing speed of 30 wpm
• Experience in a call center environment is preferred
• Some insurance and/or sales experience is preferred
