Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Customer Retention Representative for the AM Shift (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and retention efforts
• Provide support and solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including AM shifts
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in using office software
