Job Summary

To support client retention efforts, the part-time Customer Retention Representative will work remotely to retain business clients and educate current customers on the value of their Vehicle Service Contracts while achieving retention goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consistently increase retention rates and achieve retention goals
  • Overcome customer concerns and objections while reinforcing the benefits of Vehicle Service Contracts
  • Manage existing customer relationships and explain contract details to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED certificate
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a retention or similar role
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience
  • Experience in customer support and conflict resolution
  • Proficiency in computer use and phone communication skills
