Job Summary
Working remotely during evening hours, the part-time Customer Retention Representative will engage with policyholders to address lapsed insurance policies, providing solutions and building relationships while managing inbound and outbound calls.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from policyholders to understand their needs and explore retention options
- Proactively contact customers with lapsed policies to discuss opportunities and payment solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and retention efforts in company systems
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Minimum typing speed of 30 wpm
- Experience in a call center environment preferred
- Some insurance and/or sales experience preferred
