Job Summary

Working remotely on a PM shift, the Customer Retention Representative will manage inbound cancellation support, conduct outbound lapse recovery calls, and provide customer consultations to retain life insurance policies while maintaining accurate records and achieving performance metrics.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls from policyholders requesting cancellations and explore retention options
  • Proactively contact customers with lapsed policies to discuss recovery opportunities
  • Assess policyholder situations and recommend appropriate coverage adjustments
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Minimum typing speed of 30 wpm
  • Experience in a call center environment preferred
  • Some insurance and/or sales experience preferred
