Job Summary

To support customer retention efforts, the part-time Customer Retention Representative will work remotely during AM shifts, answering policy inquiries, making outbound calls to collect payments, and providing excellent customer service to retain policyholders.

Key responsibilities:
  • Answer questions regarding coverage, premiums, and policy information
  • Make outbound calls to collect delinquent premium payments and resell policy benefits
  • Record policyholder information for reporting and transactional purposes
Required qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Minimum typing speed of 30 wpm
  • Experience in a call center environment preferred
  • Some experience in insurance and/or sales preferred
