Job Summary

Engaging with policyholders remotely, the full-time Customer Retention Representative will manage inbound cancellation requests, conduct outbound lapse recovery calls, and provide tailored consultations to retain life insurance coverage.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls to address cancellation requests and explore retention options
  • Proactively contact customers with lapsed policies to discuss recovery opportunities
  • Assess policyholder situations and recommend appropriate coverage adjustments
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Minimum typing speed of 30 wpm
  • Experience in a call center environment preferred
  • Some insurance and/or sales experience preferred
