Job Summary
Engaging with policyholders to retain valuable life insurance coverage, the part-time Customer Retention Representative will work remotely during evening shifts, focusing on inbound and outbound calls to discuss policy options and solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from policyholders and proactively contact customers with lapsed policies to explore retention options
- Assess individual policyholder situations and recommend appropriate coverage adjustments while maintaining accurate documentation of interactions
- Meet or exceed established key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call volume, retention rates, and call quality
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Minimum typing speed of 30 wpm
- Experience in a call center environment preferred
- Some insurance and/or sales experience preferred
