Job Summary

Engaging with policyholders to retain valuable life insurance coverage, the part-time Customer Retention Representative will work remotely during evening shifts, focusing on inbound and outbound calls to discuss policy options and solutions.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls from policyholders and proactively contact customers with lapsed policies to explore retention options
  • Assess individual policyholder situations and recommend appropriate coverage adjustments while maintaining accurate documentation of interactions
  • Meet or exceed established key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call volume, retention rates, and call quality
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Minimum typing speed of 30 wpm
  • Experience in a call center environment preferred
  • Some insurance and/or sales experience preferred
