Job Summary

Working remotely on a part-time basis, the Customer Retention Representative will manage customer inquiries, assist in retaining coverage, and ensure policyholder satisfaction through effective communication and service.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer questions regarding coverage, premium, and policy information
  • Make outbound calls to collect delinquent premium payments and resell policy benefits
  • Record policyholder information for reporting and transactional purposes
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Minimum typing speed of 30 wpm
  • Experience in a call center environment preferred
  • Some insurance and/or sales experience preferred
