Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Retention Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make 100+ outbound calls daily to connect borrowers with Loan Officers
  • Maintain organized records of lead transfers and borrower interactions
  • Follow up with non-responsive borrowers and those who declined transfers
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of customer service, call center, or sales experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • General credit knowledge
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
  • Experience in the mortgage or real estate industry preferred
