Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Retention Specialist to connect borrowers with Loan Officers and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 100+ outbound dials daily to connect borrowers with Loan Officers
- Maintain organized records of lead dispositions and follow up with non-responsive borrowers
- Facilitate live transfers or email connections between borrowers and Loan Officers when ready to consider refinancing or purchasing
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of customer service, call center, or sales experience
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- General credit knowledge preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
