Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Retention Specialist to connect borrowers with Loan Officers and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make 100+ outbound dials daily to connect borrowers with Loan Officers
  • Maintain organized records of lead dispositions and follow up with non-responsive borrowers
  • Facilitate live transfers or email connections between borrowers and Loan Officers when ready to consider refinancing or purchasing
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of customer service, call center, or sales experience
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • General credit knowledge preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
