- Lead the renewal processes across all customer touchpoints and communication channels
- Manage customer lists, communication schedules, campaigns, and results of activities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support across multiple products and services
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree or equivalent training
- Energetic and persistent individual with a track record of success in a goal-driven environment
- Previous outbound or cold-calling experience
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar services
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn new software programs
