Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Retention Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 100+ outbound calls daily to connect borrowers with Loan Officers
- Maintain organized records of lead dispositions and follow up with borrowers
- Build rapport with non-responsive borrowers and facilitate transfers when they are ready
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of customer service, call center, or sales experience
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- General credit knowledge and experience in the mortgage or real estate industry preferred
