Job Summary
A company is looking for a Retention and Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle high volumes of incoming calls from customers requesting to cancel services and provide solutions to retain them
- Utilize sales techniques to upsell and negotiate with customers while ensuring a positive experience
- Maintain knowledge of company policies and products to effectively address customer concerns and improve retention
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a sales role focused on customer retention
- 2+ years of call center customer service or sales experience
- High school diploma, GED, or some college experience
- Ability to work in a distraction-free environment with high-speed internet
- Attendance adherence during the 10-week training program is mandatory
