Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retention and Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle high volumes of incoming calls from customers requesting to cancel services and provide solutions to retain them
  • Utilize sales techniques to upsell and negotiate with customers while ensuring a positive experience
  • Maintain knowledge of company policies and products to effectively address customer concerns and improve retention


Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales role focused on customer retention
  • 2+ years of call center customer service or sales experience
  • High school diploma, GED, or some college experience
  • Ability to work in a distraction-free environment with high-speed internet
  • Attendance adherence during the 10-week training program is mandatory
