Job Summary

To support a high-growth client in the Fintech and Cryptocurrency industry, the full-time Customer Retention Representative will engage with inactive customers through high-volume outbound calls and SMS, utilizing consultative selling techniques to re-establish relationships and drive revenue growth in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach to re-engage inactive customers via phone and SMS
  • Utilize data analysis to identify target customers based on transaction history and inactivity
  • Educate customers on product offerings and handle objections with empathy and solutions-oriented strategies
Required qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability in consultative, relationship-based selling
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue or retention goals
  • Experience explaining complex topics like cryptocurrency in relatable terms
  • Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
  • Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency or fintech is a plus
