Job Summary

Managing client retention and addressing billing inquiries, the full-time remote Customer Retention Specialist will work from 1 PM to 10 PM UK time, providing vital administrative support to the sales team and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities:
  • Handle refunds and manage overdue accounts while addressing client retention and billing inquiries
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars and scheduling appointments
  • Respond to customer inquiries, ensuring timely resolution of issues and maintaining accurate customer records in CRM systems
Required qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, customer retention, or a similar role
  • Experience with a CRM system is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude, self-starter, and team player
