Job Summary
Managing client retention and addressing billing inquiries, the full-time remote Customer Retention Specialist will work from 1 PM to 10 PM UK time, providing vital administrative support to the sales team and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle refunds and manage overdue accounts while addressing client retention and billing inquiries
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars and scheduling appointments
- Respond to customer inquiries, ensuring timely resolution of issues and maintaining accurate customer records in CRM systems
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in sales, customer retention, or a similar role
- Experience with a CRM system is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, self-starter, and team player
