Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service and support, the part-time Customer Retention Specialist will manage high-volume support calls, conduct outbound customer outreach, and assist with equipment installation and setup, all while working in a hybrid office environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer high volume support calls and requests daily
  • Make outbound calls to customers to provide support and retention efforts
  • Deploy and install new equipment, ensuring proper setup in the CRM
Required qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school is preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the merchant services industry
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical/customer support role
  • History of working in a retention role
  • Bilingual is preferred, but not required
