Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service and support, the part-time Customer Retention Specialist will manage high-volume support calls, conduct outbound customer outreach, and assist with equipment installation and setup, all while working in a hybrid office environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer high volume support calls and requests daily
- Make outbound calls to customers to provide support and retention efforts
- Deploy and install new equipment, ensuring proper setup in the CRM
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the merchant services industry
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical/customer support role
- History of working in a retention role
- Bilingual is preferred, but not required
