Job Summary
To support a leading credit card processing company, the full-time Customer Retention Specialist will manage high-volume support calls, provide technical assistance to merchants, and work to retain accounts in a hybrid office setting based in Dallas, TX.
Key responsibilities
- Answer high volume support calls and make outbound calls to assist customers with their requests
- Deploy and install new equipment while ensuring proper setup and installation through CRM reviews
- Engage with merchants looking to cancel their accounts to offer support and retention solutions
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the merchant services industry is required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical/customer support role is required
- History of working in a retention role
- Willingness to work a varying schedule, including after-hours support
