Job Summary

To support a leading credit card processing company, the full-time Customer Retention Specialist will manage high-volume support calls, provide technical assistance to merchants, and work to retain accounts in a hybrid office setting based in Dallas, TX.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer high volume support calls and make outbound calls to assist customers with their requests
  • Deploy and install new equipment while ensuring proper setup and installation through CRM reviews
  • Engage with merchants looking to cancel their accounts to offer support and retention solutions
Required qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school is preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the merchant services industry is required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical/customer support role is required
  • History of working in a retention role
  • Willingness to work a varying schedule, including after-hours support
