Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Retention Specialist, the full-time position will manage high volumes of incoming calls from customers looking to cancel services, focusing on retaining business through expert problem-solving, persuasion, and providing exceptional customer experiences.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle incoming cancellation requests and proactively identify solutions to retain customers
- Utilize sales techniques to upsell services while addressing customer concerns and frustrations
- Maintain knowledge of company policies and products to effectively negotiate and resolve issues
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a sales or customer retention role
- 2+ years of call center customer service experience
- High school diploma, GED, or some college experience
- Proficiency in using multiple software tools simultaneously
- Ability to perform quick calculations and interpret contracts
