Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Retention Specialist, the full-time position will manage high volumes of incoming calls from customers looking to cancel services, focusing on retaining business through expert problem-solving, persuasion, and providing exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming cancellation requests and proactively identify solutions to retain customers
  • Utilize sales techniques to upsell services while addressing customer concerns and frustrations
  • Maintain knowledge of company policies and products to effectively negotiate and resolve issues
Required qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales or customer retention role
  • 2+ years of call center customer service experience
  • High school diploma, GED, or some college experience
  • Proficiency in using multiple software tools simultaneously
  • Ability to perform quick calculations and interpret contracts
