Key Responsibilities
  • Manage reinstatement processes and contact center transactions
  • Monitor KPI targets and ensure audit targets are met
  • Oversee a team of clerks and facilitate employee improvement plans
Required Qualifications
  • High School Equivalent; Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • 3 years of previous supervisory experience required
  • Insurance experience preferred
  • Ability to manage remote employees and work independently
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
