Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage reinstatement processes and contact center transactions
- Monitor KPI targets and ensure audit targets are met
- Oversee a team of clerks and facilitate corrective actions as necessary
Required Qualifications
- High School Equivalent; Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- 3 years of previous supervisory experience required
- Insurance experience preferred
- Ability to manage remote employees and work independently
- Strong organizational and time management skills
