Job Summary

Owning revenue performance for a global supply chain organization, the full-time Customer Revenue Analyst will manage annual planning, monthly forecasting, and analytics while working remotely to balance growth and retention across the customer base.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct annual revenue planning and monthly forecasting for enterprise customers, including growth scenario modeling and churn risk simulations
  • Design and maintain the lead-to-cash workflow in HubSpot, managing the forecast process and coordinating with cross-functional teams
  • Build and maintain executive Power BI dashboards to track key metrics such as pipeline health, retention, and productivity
Required qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in Revenue/Sales Operations, preferably in B2B/SaaS
  • Advanced expertise in HubSpot, including custom reports, workflow automations, and deal pipeline management
  • Proven experience with Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and business insights
  • Strong Excel skills for ad-hoc modeling and scenario analysis
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex data insights and collaborate in a cross-functional team environment
