Customer Sales Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the West Regional Grocery team, the full-time Customer Sales Analyst will deliver actionable business insights through data analysis and presentation development, while managing shopper marketing initiatives for multiple retailers in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize sales and consumer data to create presentations for internal and external audiences
• Own shopper marketing and digital plans for various retailers, ensuring effective execution and analysis
• Develop customer-specific selling stories and provide actionable insights to drive business growth

Required qualifications

• Experience in corporate sales with a strong understanding of business processes and Category Management
• Proficiency in using syndicated and panel data for analysis
• Familiarity with Power BI for report and dashboard creation is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
