Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Sales Engineer to support customer expansion and serve as the primary technical and product expert for the Account Management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive product activation during the renewal and expansion cycle, ensuring an excellent customer experience
  • Support trials and proof of concepts (POCs) by identifying customer pain points and defining their goals
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance the trial/POC experience by analyzing insights and trends
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing, post-sales technical role
  • Strong sales acumen and ability to work in a commercial-driven environment
  • Deep understanding of the cybersecurity and GRC landscape
  • Passion for becoming a subject matter expert on complex software platforms
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs is preferred
