Job Summary
To drive profitable growth in the West Coast region, the full-time Customer Sales Executive will manage strategic Joint Business Plans with WinCo and Super Store Industries, focusing on achieving sales targets, developing partnerships, and leveraging data for business planning.
Key responsibilities:
- Achieve gross sales, market share, trade spend, and sales activity margin targets for customers
- Create and implement annual merchandising and promotional plans based on insights and data
- Develop collaborative partnerships with customers and internal business partners to drive growth
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant sales experience, including headquarter account responsibility
- Preference for cross-functional experience in category management or sales strategy and planning
