Job Summary
Owning the day-to-day customer relationship and growth agenda for Natural Specialty customers, the full-time Customer Sales Lead will deliver Net Sales and profit through disciplined planning, negotiation, and cross-functional coordination while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and annual plans for assigned direct and distributor-supported accounts
- Deliver on Net Sales, Gross Profit, and trade targets across assigned customers
- Develop strategies that align with broader Natural channel objectives and coordinate with internal teams to support customer execution
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 6 years of experience in CPG sales or customer-facing commercial roles
- Proven ability to deliver Net Sales and profit targets
- Experience managing broker-led customers and distributor relationships
- Strong analytical capability with syndicated data and retailer POS
