Job Summary

Owning the day-to-day customer relationship and growth agenda for Natural Specialty customers, the full-time Customer Sales Lead will deliver Net Sales and profit through disciplined planning, negotiation, and cross-functional coordination while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships and annual plans for assigned direct and distributor-supported accounts
  • Deliver on Net Sales, Gross Profit, and trade targets across assigned customers
  • Develop strategies that align with broader Natural channel objectives and coordinate with internal teams to support customer execution
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 6 years of experience in CPG sales or customer-facing commercial roles
  • Proven ability to deliver Net Sales and profit targets
  • Experience managing broker-led customers and distributor relationships
  • Strong analytical capability with syndicated data and retailer POS
