Job Summary
Driving profitable growth in a remote capacity, the full-time Customer Sales Lead will develop and execute joint business plans for Campbell's Snacks, focusing on increasing sales and optimizing customer relationships across key accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Lead joint business planning and annual strategic planning activities with assigned customers
- Develop and monitor customer business plans to achieve sales, volume, and profit objectives
- Conduct customer and category business reviews utilizing market data to identify growth opportunities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years of Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry experience
- Experience developing and executing customer business plans and growth strategies
- Strong analytical skills with experience using syndicated data sources for business decisions
- Proven ability to influence and build relationships with customer decision makers
