Job Summary

Leading the development and implementation of joint business plans, the full-time Customer Sales Lead will manage the Campbell's Meals and Beverages portfolio, focusing on driving net sales, profit, and market growth while working remotely with a preferred location in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the joint business planning process and develop annual strategic plans with the customer
  • Utilize sales planning tools to create optimal plans and conduct post-event analysis to evaluate promotional performance
  • Monitor and manage deduction balances while developing accurate monthly forecasts to maximize supply chain efficiency
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 8+ years of CPG Industry Sales and/or Category Management experience
  • Strong understanding of P&L management
  • Experience with category management resources and loyalty data
  • Ability to navigate complex customer relationships and cross-functional interactions
