Job Summary
Driving sales for medium to large accounts, the full-time Customer Sales Manager will manage direct selling and broker relationships while utilizing data to identify opportunities and maintain budgetary goals in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Sell products directly to retailers, end-users, or distributors within the assigned territory
- Manage trade spending budgets and deliver financial sales responsibilities as directed by senior leadership
- Collaborate with teams to forecast production and develop promotional strategies to optimize sales growth
Required qualifications
- At least 8 years of field sales experience
- A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or marketing
- Experience with Nielsen, Retail Link, and Shiloh
- Strong understanding of retail/grocery and B&G's portfolio of brands
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with syndicated data sources
