Job Summary

Driving sales for medium to large accounts, the full-time Customer Sales Manager will manage direct selling and broker relationships while utilizing data to identify opportunities and maintain budgetary goals in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Sell products directly to retailers, end-users, or distributors within the assigned territory
  • Manage trade spending budgets and deliver financial sales responsibilities as directed by senior leadership
  • Collaborate with teams to forecast production and develop promotional strategies to optimize sales growth
Required qualifications
  • At least 8 years of field sales experience
  • A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or marketing
  • Experience with Nielsen, Retail Link, and Shiloh
  • Strong understanding of retail/grocery and B&G's portfolio of brands
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with syndicated data sources
