Customer Sales Representative

Job Summary

To support existing customers, the part-time Customer Sales Representative will handle inbound calls regarding new ADT products, providing education on enhancements, closing sales, and scheduling installations, while working remotely with occasional onsite requirements in Jacksonville, FL.

Key responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries about enhancing existing products and services
• Educate customers on ADT's product offerings, ensuring they receive tailored solutions
• Ensure customer satisfaction by customizing solutions and scheduling installations for new products

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous sales experience is a plus
• Previous call center experience (office or remote) is a plus
• High level of computer proficiency and technical aptitude
• Reliable and committed individual with the ability to think on the fly
