- Partner with Sales, Solution Engineering, and Services to scope customer engagements and create actionable implementation plans
- Own processes related to customer scoping and planning, focusing on continuous improvement and AI automation
- Engage with customers throughout the sales process and build customer roadmaps, ensuring alignment between demand and delivery capacity
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with customers and understanding of solutions and delivery models
- Strong skills in Salesforce and Excel
- Proven ability to work effectively across teams and navigate cross-functional dependencies
- Demonstrated experience in applying technology and process to drive efficiency and scale
- Growth-minded with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
