Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of customer accounts, the full-time Customer Service Account Analyst will provide exceptional support by entering orders, communicating with customers about order changes, and resolving issues, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage customer accounts and ensure effective order entry
  • Communicate actively with customers regarding order updates and requests
  • Identify and resolve potential issues proactively while following established processes
Required qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience in a business-to-business environment
  • Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Some experience with SAP or other ERP systems preferred
  • High School Diploma/GED required
