Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of customer accounts, the full-time Customer Service Account Analyst will provide exceptional support by entering orders, communicating with customers about order changes, and resolving issues, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts and ensure effective order entry
- Communicate actively with customers regarding order updates and requests
- Identify and resolve potential issues proactively while following established processes
Required qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in a business-to-business environment
- Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Some experience with SAP or other ERP systems preferred
- High School Diploma/GED required
