Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service - Account Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer requests via phone, fax, or email, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Document and coordinate business transactions including orders, returns, and information requests
- Research billing discrepancies and maintain effective communication with customers and team members
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Minimum of three (3) years of Customer Service experience
- Intermediate understanding of telephony concepts and practices
- Basic knowledge of firearms, types, and usage
- Experience with MS Office Suite
