Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service - Account Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer requests via phone, fax, or email, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Document and coordinate business transactions including orders, returns, and information requests
  • Research billing discrepancies and maintain effective communication with customers and team members
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Minimum of three (3) years of Customer Service experience
  • Intermediate understanding of telephony concepts and practices
  • Basic knowledge of firearms, types, and usage
  • Experience with MS Office Suite
