Job Summary

Customer Service Account Specialist provides part-time support for customer requests through phone, fax, or email, focusing on timely and accurate handling of inquiries and transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to email inquiries while meeting assigned goals
  • Document, coordinate, and complete business transactions including orders, returns, and information requests
  • Research billing discrepancies and communicate effectively with customers and team members
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience
  • Intermediate understanding of telephony concepts and practices
  • Basic knowledge of firearms, types, and usage
  • Experience with MS Office Suite
