Job Summary
Customer Service Account Specialist provides part-time support for customer requests through phone, fax, or email, focusing on timely and accurate handling of inquiries and transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to email inquiries while meeting assigned goals
- Document, coordinate, and complete business transactions including orders, returns, and information requests
- Research billing discrepancies and communicate effectively with customers and team members
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience
- Intermediate understanding of telephony concepts and practices
- Basic knowledge of firearms, types, and usage
- Experience with MS Office Suite
