Job Summary

Customer Service Administrator is a remote, full-time position responsible for overseeing administrative duties related to the customer service process, including managing referrals, intake processes, and client communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and manage incoming referrals, ensuring timely and accurate completion of the intake process
  • Filter and delegate client emails, providing necessary information and coordinating with team members
  • Assist with invoicing, auditing referrals, and outreach to clients for required information and medical records
Required Qualifications
  • Preferred Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree
  • Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred
  • Computer literacy and typing skills are essential
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and meet specific deadlines
  • Maintaining an uninterrupted internet connection is required for remote work
