Job Summary
A company in the Business Services industry is seeking a Customer Service Administrator.
Position Responsibilities:
- Create and manage user accounts, security groups, and distribution lists
- Provide technical support and maintenance for Windows Active Directory Services and ServiceNow ticketing
- Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot and resolve account management and network hardware and software issues
Qualifications:
- Four or more years of experience in a similar position
- Experience with O365, ServiceNow, and provisioning user accounts and email accounts
- Security+ Certification
- US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust
- An active and current Secret federal security clearance is preferred
