Job Summary

A company is looking for a Plan Advisor to provide customer service support related to health benefit plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls from providers and members, identifying their assistance needs
  • Review and research healthcare claims, ensuring proper benefits are applied
  • Communicate effectively with members and providers to resolve issues and meet performance goals
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or 1+ years of equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of customer service experience in an office or professional setting
  • Ability to work any of the 8-hour shift schedules during normal business hours
  • Must complete Customer Service training classes and demonstrate proficiency
