Job Summary
A company is looking for a Plan Advisor to provide customer service support related to health benefit plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from providers and members, identifying their assistance needs
- Review and research healthcare claims, ensuring proper benefits are applied
- Communicate effectively with members and providers to resolve issues and meet performance goals
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or 1+ years of equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of customer service experience in an office or professional setting
- Ability to work any of the 8-hour shift schedules during normal business hours
- Must complete Customer Service training classes and demonstrate proficiency
