Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers regarding their recent purchases
• Assist customers with tracking numbers, order statuses, and product returns
• De-escalate frustrated customers and provide empathetic support

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• High School Diploma or GED is required
• At least six months of customer service experience is preferred
• Must pass a criminal background check
• High-speed internet access and a secured workspace are necessary
